During a product launch we help develop your product launch plan marketing priorities, create and fine-tune your budget and plan the kick off with each target audience, internal and external.

We can help as needed to clarify launch objectives and the decisions to be made along with your board or management team, develop a new product or service name, set up partnerships to pre-position or sell the product before launch, develop all the collateral and new microsite, specify Google ad words for the web, help develop testimonials or case studies, assist you as you establish/approve product pricing, approve or select packaging, finalize the sales forecast and help you define or set up the product launch metrics.

As needed, we can also help you put support resources in place, train support personnel, develop FAQ’s and brief industry analysts or other “influential people” ahead of time so that your new product or service is launched into a positive environment.

USMS works with you, your existing resources (such as your PR firm or web developers or advertising agency) and we can bring in or recommend the additional resources, as needed, to launch successfully. These depend on your own resources and can include short term writers, “creative” managers, web content developers, search engine optimization expertise, event planners, space designers, tradeshow coordinators, spokespeople, or trainers.
